REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final

At Artful Expressionz, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Once a purchase is completed, Artful Expressionz will not be held liable for the product in any way.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are sent immediately to our fulfillment partners for processing. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are not included in the price of most products and are the responsibility of the customer. At checkout, customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method, speed, and carrier. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment. Artful Expressionz is not responsible for shipping costs, delays, or carrier performance once an order has been dispatched.

Unsatisfied With Your Product?

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, your concern must be taken up directly with the fulfillment partner or shipper responsible for your order. Please do not contact Artful Expressionz regarding product quality, shipping issues, lost packages, or fulfillment errors — we are not the manufacturer or shipper and cannot resolve these matters on your behalf.

Our products are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand and manufacturing partners. If a refund or replacement is available under your fulfillment partner's policy, it will be honoured by them directly — not by Artful Expressionz. You will be notified of the applicable fulfillment partner at the time of your order or shipment confirmation.

Digital Products

Any downloadable or digital products (including digital art, prints, or files) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to a manufacturing error, contact the fulfillment partner or shipping carrier directly through the platform where your purchase was made. Artful Expressionz is not liable for manufacturing defects, shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.

No Liability After Purchase

Artful Expressionz shall not be held liable for any product after the point of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, product quality, fit, colour accuracy, shipping performance, delivery timelines, or any loss or damage incurred during transit. All liability transfers to the applicable fulfillment partner upon dispatch of your order.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this policy in full. Any chargeback or payment dispute filed contrary to this policy may result in the permanent suspension of your ability to make future purchases from Artful Expressionz.
